The plugin allows you to export product data in PDF format. The data is prepared in a brochure-like style, including table of contents and product images.
These PDF catalogs are useful for forwarding to customers who don't want to or can't work with an online shop, or for display them in your retail store.
The operation is as simple as can be.
The plug-in simply plugs into the catalog section in the store administration backend. Store operators can in the article list easily select items in the item list or output the entire item inventory as a catalog.
The plug-in is easy to use.
Advanced selection options and settings can be found in the export profile "Product PDF Export". Here you can filter data in a variety of ways.
Shop operators can define the individual filter in the simplest way to narrow down the catalog contents:
- Catalog of the complete range
- Catalogs from a sub-shop (multishop)
- Catalog from product groups
- Catalog from manufacturer/brands
- Catalog from product tags (keywords)
In addition, restrictions can be set on price from/to, availability date from/to, recommended yes/no, and more.
Article variants can also be output. The scope of the item description can be set in several levels of detail.
You can select in which language version your catalog appears. With a customer ID, you can specify on what basis, for example, discounts and special prices are calculated in the catalog.
You can download your complete catalog or save it automatically, even at specific schedules, on the server, compress it into a ZIP archive and then send it via any publishing profiles, for example, by mail, FTP, HTTP POST.
The Smartstore PDF Export Plugin is an in-house development of SmartStore AG for the Smartstore e-commerce software and is included in Smartstore Professional Edition with full technical support.
