Plug-in: OneSignal - Web Push Notifications

Strengthen customer loyalty by using an additional communication channel. Push notifications are easy for the customer to subscribe to and offer you as a store operator the possibility to send messages to your customers, which the browser independently displays on the screen as small message windows. Use push notifications to inform your customers about discount campaigns, new blog entries or other interesting news.

Once you have set up OneSignal, your visitors can decide whether they want to receive push notifications, for example when you release a new product. Visitors will also receive these notifications when they leave your website, which helps with reintegration.

You can configure the delivery of notifications at preset intervals, create user segments and customize the login process for visitors.

With OneSignal's free plan you can reach up to 30,000 subscribers with push notifications.
Contact support@onesignal.com if you have any questions.

Simple and effective

OneSignal is a very powerful tool. And the best part is that it is quite easy to use and very effective! I use it for my website, which is bilingual (Portuguese and English). When users subscribe to OneSignal, I can easily segment them and then send custom push messages to them. So when I have updates for people who only speak Portuguese, I send a message just for them. Updates in English are sent to everyone else. Whenever an update is "universal", I can send only one push message to all contacts and write this message in both languages using the same link. The schedule works great and there is an optimized delivery where OneSignal delivers the messages at a time that is considered the best for each user. I find this very useful when my subscribers come from different parts of the world. So with this optimization, OneSignal takes care of delivery for me. Another thing I think is absolutely great is that on the side of the screen (desktop) there are always some help topics describing what we can do and how. For further reading there is a link to the documentation and everything is very well explained. I created my badge according to these materials and it works perfectly!
